Photovoltaic parks of accumulated power of 2.3GW are expected to be developed in Greece as part of a €5 billion scheme for the phase-out of coal generation by 2028. The Greek Public Power Corporation is planning the construction of solar facilities in the Macedonia region as well as 0.5GW of parks in the Peloponnese. SP Green Energy Ltd has successfully contracted and delivered 7462 photovoltaic panels (abt 2.5MWp) Suntech STP 340‐24/Vfh_1500V_19V01 for the construction of equivalent power plant at Dromolaxia of Larnaca, Cyprus. The project has also equipped with HUAWEI SUN2000‐100KTL‐H1 inverters.
Further to our successful business year, with a significant large amount of sales in photovoltaic panels and inverters for small projects in Greece and Cyprus, we came to the agreement for the sale of 1.5MW (4,525 polycrystalline modules / STP345-24/Vfh) from one of the leading manufacturers SUNTECH POWER. The photovoltaic panels were sold for the construction of an equivalent power station in Thiva,Greece.
